Ingredients

  • 2 containers (250 g each) Savoura BIO – Apéro cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 container (200 g) of bocconcinis
  • 20 pitted green olives
  • 20 pitted Kalamata olives
  • 20 pickled pearl onions
  • 50 g (1 3/4 oz) salami slices
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into chunks
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) herb vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Wrap a 23 cm (9″) high Styrofoam cone in aluminum foil and place it on a serving dish.
  2. Place the tomatoes, bocconcini, olives, pickled onions and salami slices individually on toothpicks.
  3. Prick the toothpicks and rosemary into the cone to distribute the various ingredients.
  4. Serve with the vinaigrette.
