Job detail

Reporting to the TFW Experience Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting and integrating temporary foreign workers across our sites. Your day-to-day work will be both relational and hands-on—coordinating arrivals, supporting teams, assisting with certain processes, and being present where it truly matters.

Working closely with greenhouse managers and the HR team, you will help facilitate communication, ensure smooth integration, and contribute to a respectful, structured, and supportive work environment. Through your approachable style and strong listening skills, you will directly impact the quality of the experience for temporary foreign workers and support the smooth operation of SAVOURA’s activities.

Your role

Welcoming and integrating from day one

You coordinate the welcoming and integration of temporary foreign workers upon their arrival at SAVOURA. You ensure that key information is clearly communicated, that integration steps are well understood, and that company guidelines are applied in a simple, respectful, and consistent manner.

Facilitating communication on the ground

You act as a link between temporary foreign workers and management teams to ensure information flows smoothly. You help clarify messages, answer questions, and maintain respectful, effective communication on a daily basis.

Supporting situations requiring translation

When required, you support managers during meetings where translation is needed, including disciplinary situations, workplace accidents, harassment cases, or other on-the-ground realities. You help ensure messages are clearly understood and that discussions are handled with care and professionalism.

Training and explaining new HR practices

You support the training of workers when new HR procedures or programs are implemented. You simplify information, ensure understanding, and encourage autonomy so that best practices can be applied in daily work.

Supporting day-to-day processes

As needed, you act as an interpreter during essential processes such as medical appointments, banking appointments, or other everyday situations. You support workers as they navigate these processes while encouraging autonomy and confidence.

Housing follow-ups and quality of life

You conduct regular follow-ups on housing and contribute to maintaining appropriate living conditions. When needed, you identify required improvements and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate internal teams.

Collaborating with the HR team

You take part in various human resources projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the temporary foreign worker experience. Occasional travel to other sites may be required, depending on operational needs.

Required skills

A strong foundation in support and intervention

You have training in human resources, intervention, or a related field, or equivalent experience that allows you to operate comfortably in a field-based role. You understand the human, cultural, and organizational realities involved in supporting temporary foreign workers and approach situations with judgment and respect.

Clear communication in French and Spanish

You are bilingual in French and Spanish, both spoken and written. You are comfortable translating, explaining, and rephrasing messages in a variety of contexts, including sensitive situations, while ensuring information is clearly understood by all parties.

Autonomy, organization, and prioritization

You demonstrate autonomy and strong organizational skills in managing your daily responsibilities. You are able to handle multiple files simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain a consistent on-the-ground presence while meeting deadlines and responsibilities.

Field presence and collaboration

You hold a valid driver’s licence and are comfortable using digital tools. You enjoy collaborating with different teams, building trust quickly, and working in an environment where communication and teamwork are essential.
