Job detail

Under the direction of the Vice-President of Human Resources, you will be responsible for coordinating various projects in collaboration with multiple departments. Support the team in providing customer service to our foreign workers. You will also carry out any other tasks requested by your supervisor.

Your role

Coordinate Recreational Activities

You organize and coordinate recreational activities for the entire group, fostering team cohesion and a dynamic team spirit.

Quarterly Team Meetings

You plan, organize, and lead quarterly team meetings, working with members from various departments to strengthen bonds and improve internal communication.

Inventory Management and Supply Tracking

You are responsible for managing inventories for all supplies and ensuring rigorous tracking to guarantee optimal resource availability.

Collaboration with the HR Team

You work closely with the entire HR team to address requests, perform appropriate follow-ups, and support internal initiatives.

Managing HR Purchase Requests

You manage purchase requests for the HR department, ensuring resource optimization and adherence to allocated budgets.

Participation in Multidisciplinary Projects

You actively contribute to various multidisciplinary projects, leveraging your expertise to achieve the company’s strategic goals.

Administrative Document Writing and Innovation

You draft various administrative documents and use your creativity to propose innovative ideas to improve the employee experience.

Required skills

Education and Experience

Hold a DEP/AEC or Certificate in Human Resources Administration or any related field, or equivalent experience, which will be an asset.

Technical Skills

Excellent organizational, planning, and facilitation skills will be essential for the position.

Language Skills

Be able to speak and write fluently in French. Speaking and writing Spanish is an asset.

Professional Qualities

Demonstrate efficiency, rigor, autonomy, resourcefulness, and versatility in executing assigned tasks.

Availability and Flexibility

Be prepared to respond to emergencies on a rotating shift, outside of regular working hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
