Job detail

As an Agricultural Worker, you’ll actively participate in the daily care of our plants by performing various tasks such as pruning, trellising, harvesting, and leaf removal. You’ll also assist in different stages of production depending on the team’s needs. Your work has a direct impact on the health of the crops and the quality of the harvests, all within a dynamic work environment where collaboration and commitment make all the difference.

Your role

Maintain the plants

You take part in the daily care of the plants, including clipping, leaf removal, lowering, pruning fruit clusters, and supporting the plants to encourage proper growth.

Harvest, sort, and prepare fruit
You’re responsible for harvesting, sorting, and preparing the fruit for the next step toward packaging—ensuring its quality is preserved.
Participate in greenhouse cleanout

You contribute to end-of-cycle tasks in the greenhouse, such as crop removal, cleaning, reassembly, and other preparation work for the next production cycle.

Monitor plant health

You stay alert to the health of the crops and promptly report any pest or disease issues or unusual conditions to your supervisor.

Support daily operations

You perform any other related tasks as needed to help the team and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Required skills

Experience in crop production

You have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a horticultural or agricultural production environment.

Physical abilities

You’re able to work while standing for extended periods, lift loads of 20 kg or more, and tolerate warm conditions. You’re not afraid of heights and have no allergies to insect stings.

Manual skills and observation

You have good manual dexterity, can recognize fruit ripeness by color, and show strong judgment and versatility in your work.

Adaptability and team spirit

You have an open mindset and can adapt easily to changing situations while collaborating effectively with others.

Basic communication skills

You can read and write in French, which allows you to understand instructions and communicate well with your team.
