Mirabel, September 4, 2019 – The entire SAVOURA team is proud to announce that Peggie Clermont and Caroline Dalpé occupy respectively and, as of today, the organization’s presidency of the board of directors and the general management. Peggie Clermont, newly associated with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, has known the Québécois company on a close scale for several years now as adviser to the management in regard to finance. As for Caroline Dalpé, she pursues her mission in continuity to manage the company as general manager, a position that she’s held since 2014. 

For the new President, it’s the team work and innovative ideas from each of their members, which will maintain the rate of success and ensure the organization’s consistent development. “Without a shadow of doubt, I know that we have all of the elements in place to overcome the major challenges that we’re facing. It’s with our team, and solely in a team by which we will succeed in carrying out the major projects that we have on the table,” stated Peggie Clermont.  As for Caroline Dalpé, she stated, “it’s a true privilege for me to be able to pursue the objectives of sustainable and responsible agriculture that our company has set in place in recent years. The environmental issues, greenhouse organic farming, packaging and the employability of different people, in addition to many others are key issues for us. SAVOURA and SAVOURA BIO are brands that convey strong values and for this reason, they are respected by the public, for this reason we will continue our development,” concluded the general manager.


Les Serres Sagami Inc.  has been marketing different varieties of tomatoes for the Quebec, Canadian and North American markets. They have been cultivating and marketing organic tomatoes since 2011. These tomatoes are now offered under the Savoura BIO brand. Since 2012, the company has made many acquisitions to develop their production, most recently being the largest, concluded in April 2015, the acquisition of the Serres du Saint-Laurent facilities and the renowned Savoura brand. They have been marketing the strawberries produced on their Danville site in Estrie since December, 2017 and mini organic cucumbers since the fall of 2018 in Saguenay. The company currently operates a total of 32 hectares at nine sites across Québec and focuses their new investments on a sustainable development perspective.
